Job summary

Chico's in The Shoppes at English Village, North Wales, PA, is seeking a Support Associate to help keep the customer experience smooth. You’ll manage inventory, process shipments, move products between stockroom and sales floor, and ensure items are properly stocked and merchandised.

You’ll work in both back-of-house and on the sales floor, with responsibilities including restocking, price changes, floor sets, signage, and delivering friendly, hospitality-driven service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate the register and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure stockroom is organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner and update pricing as needed.
• Restock products, adjust prices, and execute floor set changes and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting Chico's hospitality and assist store leaders with visual directives.
