KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory, support both back-of-house and sales floor operations, and maintain brand standards at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. You’ll help ensure products are stocked, priced, and presented to meet customer expectations.
You will work with store leaders to execute visual directives, support a positive team culture, and deliver a welcoming customer experience. This role requires 18+ and flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
