Job summary

White House | Black Market, Inc. in White Plains, NY is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory processes, process shipments, move stock from the stockroom, and ensure items are where they need to be on the sales floor.

You’ll support store leaders, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a positive team environment while delivering hospitality to customers. The role is regular/part time with an hourly pay range of $17.00–$21.25.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage and ticketing for replenishment.

• Assist with updating floor sets, window changes, visuals and signage.

About The Role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
