Job summary

Chico’s in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory, process shipments, move products from the stockroom, and ensure items are where they belong. You’ll help merchandise new products, restock, adjust pricing, and maintain a visually inspiring store that reflects our brand standards.

The role blends back‑of‑house duties with on‑floor service, requiring teamwork and a hospitality‑minded approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist leaders with executing visual directives (floor sets, signage, etc.).
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting hospitality culture.
• Support teamwork and collaboration across the store.

About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You’re proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.

• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
