Job summary

Gilbane Building in Missouri is seeking an experienced Support Assistant to provide broad administrative support to a job site in New Florence. The role emphasizes calendar management, expense reporting, and coordinating training and events to support project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Manages calendars and coordinates meetings accordingly
  • Prepares expense reports in electronic system
  • Prepares correspondences and presentations
  • Orders office supplies as needed
  • May serve as Learning Coordinator responsible for working with BUL/Department Heads and HR to determine annual training needs
  • Creates training schedules for BU/departments and communicates scheduled company training opportunities to employees to encourage participation
  • Organizes and executes trainings and events including scheduling, sending reminders, providing facilitator with necessary training materials, and ordering/organizing catering

Experience / Education
