An established industry player is seeking a Support & Services Manager to oversee the operations of residential group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Reporting to the Director of Residential & Community Living Services, the Support & Services Manager (SSM) is responsible for the management and operation of assigned residential group homes serving those with intellectual disabilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The essential functions of this position consist of the ability to perform basic math functions, write, read, and comprehend what is read. Expressive and receptive language skills are also required in the execution of the responsibilities below. The ability to transfer and lift individuals with or without assistance and to occasionally push/pull may also be required. Twisting, bending, and other physical movements may be required at varying degrees. All the above may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
DUTIES:
HOURS: Exempt, 40+ Hours per Week, Scheduled On-Call Required to include one weekend per month and off-shifts.
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Director of Residential & Community Living Services
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: Home Coordinators
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field and (2) years of relevant experience (OR) a High School Diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of experience. Demonstrates interest in the development of others and positively impacts the lives of patients/families, peers, and members of the Hope team through mentoring, education, and knowledge sharing. Valid driver’s license, required.
