We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Coordinator, OR Support & Logistics to oversee critical operational support functions within our Surgical Services department. This role is responsible for supervising service areas, coordinating equipment and logistics needs, overseeing daily staffing assignments, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations that support exceptional patient care. The Coordinator works closely with Surgical Services leadership to maintain efficient operations, support quality patient care, and enhance team performance.
Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum Experience: Required: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience. Preferred: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience. Details: Operational knowledge of the perioperative department is preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: Required: N/A. Preferred: N/A. Other: Sterile Processing Certification.
Pay Range: $20.02- $31.03 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
