Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Support Advocate (DSP) to provide direct care to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or brain injury. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, and community participation while fostering independence and safety.

Training includes CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving, and MAP certification; paid orientation and ongoing education are provided.

Competenze

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
• CPR/First Aid and MAP certification required (paid training provided).

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day services and personal care support to program participants.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, and shopping while promoting independence.
• May accompany participants to appointments and support medication administration as directed.
