Job summary

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Supply Technician at Redstone Arsenal, AL, to support DIA enterprise logistics. The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance, and 7+ years in property accountability using DoD systems.

Responsibilities include stock control, inventories, receiving inspections, and discrepancy resolution. Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance upon hire is required.
• 7+ years experience in Property Accountability Management with DoD property book systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and other Material Handling Equipment certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Apply stock control practices including bin/location management, reorder levels, due-ins/due-outs, backorder tracking, and reconciliation.
• Conduct cyclic and wall-to-wall inventories; research variances with supporting documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready accountability for equipment/material, including custody transfer documentation and property book concepts.
• Perform receiving inspections, identify overages/shortages/damages, prepare discrepancy documentation, and coordinate with transportation/shipping.
• Generate routine reports (inventory accuracy, due-outs, turn-ins, receiving status) and brief results to government leads.
