Job summary

RAVN Group is seeking an inventory/procurement professional to manage purchase orders, source reliable vendors, and maintain optimal stock levels for ongoing aircraft maintenance. You will receive, inspect, and accurately update inventory records, while coordinating with the Supply Lead for timely provisioning of parts and consumables.

Responsibilities also include cycle counts, outbound shipments, and ensuring advanced ordering to keep operations uninterrupted, along with maintaining calibrated

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience and ability to maintain stock accuracy
• Strong PO creation, vendor sourcing, and discrepancy resolution skills
• Familiarity with warehouse software and inventory controls

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders to meet inventory and repair requirements
• Resolve purchase order discrepancies and source reliable vendors for goods and services
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; update inventory management software accordingly
• Maintain optimal stock levels by establishing and monitoring minimum/maximum thresholds for consumables and repairables
• Coordinate closely with the Supply Lead to support timely procurement for scheduled maintenance activities
• Conduct physical inventory cycle counts and ensure system accuracy
• Procure tooling, support equipment, and materials necessary for ongoing aircraft maintenance
• Maintain calibrated tooling and equipment in a ready-to-use state
• Handle local delivery and pickup of repaired components
• Prepare and manage outbound shipments efficiently
• Ensure advance ordering of supplies to support uninterrupted facility operations
• Oversee and maintain inventory control programs and software systems
