Job summary

Technica LLC seeks a Supply System Analyst to support the DLA Tobyhanna, PA distribution center on 1st shift. The role analyzes transactions to identify problems and assess the impact of changes across supply systems, including DSS, WMS, and related procedures.

The candidate will coordinate with users, serve as the DSS POC, and write queries with QMF, ensuring secure handling of material through receipt to transportation. A SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience using DSS or equivalent Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five years.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions and data to determine problem areas and feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions.
• Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems and research functional problem areas.
• Serve as the DSS Point Of Contact (POC) for Government communications related to DSS; perform DSS-MIS functions IAW applicable guidance; write new QMF queries as required.

Analyzes transactions/data to determine problem area; determine the feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions; provides the impact of new/proposed changes to the system/regulations; coordinates with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems; and research functional problem area. Requires knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships in order to conduct studies, reviews, and investigations. Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures is required to manage and control material through the receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and/or transportation functions. Performs as the DSS POC to serve as the focal point for the Government in receiving communication SP3300-16-R-5003 Attachment J.1 Performance Work Statement C-11 and responding to information pertaining to DSS; performs DSS-MIS functions IAW C- 5.1.3.2 DSS-MIS; and serves as the QMF query writer to write new queries as required. Uses DSS and other Government Data Systems. Experience shall include a minimum of three (3) years experience using DSS or equivalent Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years.
