Job summary

AMR, based in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Supply and Service Associate to ensure ambulances are serviced, stocked, clean and ready for response. This full-time role supports timely patient transport services and high-quality care for patients.

Starting pay is $18.10 per hour. Responsibilities include restocking, daily inventory checks, logging, reporting vehicle issues to the Fleet Manager, and coordinating with Fleet and operations teams to keep vehicles safe and prepared.

Qualifications

• State Driver's License is required.
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Must meet driving record requirements per policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ambulances are fully stocked, clean, and ready to provide transportation services.
• Maintain restock areas neat and organized to speed restocking.
• Keep a safe, clean vehicle environment for crew and patients.
• Conduct daily vehicle inventory checks and log updates; place supply orders as needed.
• Check basic vehicle items (oil, washer fluid, batteries) and report issues promptly.
• Document information clearly and comply with policies and security standards.
• Coordinate communications between departments, crews and service techs.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel and operations team.

We're hiring a Supply and Service Associate responsible for ensuring our ambulances are effectively serviced, safe and ready for response. This is a key role to help our team maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Supply Service Technicians will ensure the ambulances are fully stocked, clean, and ready to provide transportation services.
• Ensure the ambulance restock and cleaning area is neat, orderly, and fully stocked in an effort to make the process quick and easy.
• Take pride in maintaining a safe and clean vehicle environment for the crew and the patients.
• Manage daily vehicle inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update various logs and place requests for repairs and supply orders when necessary.
• Check basic vehicle items including oil, washer fluid, and batteries, and report any vehicle issues to the Fleet Manager as needed.
• Clearly document information as required and adhere to company policies and procedures while complying with the company’s information security standards.
• Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments crews and other vehicle service techs.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow SSTs and operations team.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• State Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Driving record in compliance with company policy
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
