Agropur is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to convert demand forecasts into executable manufacturing and material supply plans. This role spans 7 US sites and an external co-packer, aligning with Labor, Equipment, and Milk constraints to support service and cost goals.
The position leads IBP/SIOP processes, collaborates with Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Finance, and drives continuous improvement within the planning team.

The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for converting demand forecasts into executable manufacturing and material supply plans that balance customer service, inventory investment, capacity utilization, and cost. This role leads supply planning across 7 manufacturing sites in the US and 1 external co‑packer, ensuring feasible plans aligned with labor, equipment, and material (including Milk) constraints. The Supply Planning Manager plays a critical role in the IBP/SIOP & S&O E processes, driving alignment between Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Finance to support business objectives.
