Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred but will consider expertise and experience in the planning field.
• We require at least 3-5 years of supply chain planning and analysis experience.
• Excellent Analytical, Problem-solving And Technical Skills Required.
• ERP/MRP experience required (SAP MM & PP preferred).
• SAP IBP Application Experience, Is Preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft office platform to analyze situations and identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Must demonstrate an understanding of the supply chain from: plan, source, make, deliver. Focus on capacity and material planning.
• Must have the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external partners.
• Prior commodity experience dealing with CPG related materials
• Strong persuasive skills in managing key suppliers and ability to develop partnerships to drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Review SAP MRP and IBP supply-demand requirements and optimize inventory position while maximizing fill-rates.
• Plan and schedule multiple packaging lines with an estimated $15-$25M scope.
• Coordinate with material buyers and line supervision for timely deliveries and meet JIT requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships to ensure we meet customer demand.
• Identify and expedite finished goods to respond to plan changes and maintain service levels.
• Manage inventory levels for assigned product families to ensure high turnover.
