Job summary

Skill is seeking a Supply Planner 2 to join a global, fast-paced supply chain team. You will develop and manage supply plans to align inventory, demand, supply, and delivery, while supporting day-to-day operations and long-range planning.

The role requires 3+ years in planning, strong Excel skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. This is an on-site role with a 4/1 hybrid schedule and a roughly 2-year contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, demand planning, production planning, or related operations.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables, formulas, data analysis; macros preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to shift effectively between strategic, tactical, and operational thinking.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using data, KPIs, and business insights to drive planning decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans aligning inventory, demand, supply, and delivery objectives.
• Support day-to-day factory and supply chain operations and long-range planning.
• Partner with product, merchandising, planning, analytics, sourcing, manufacturing, and geo teams.
• Monitor supply/inventory performance; identify risks and opportunities; recommend actions.
• Support seasonal delivery execution for high-priority product initiatives.
• Use data/reporting to provide insights and improve decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply planning processes and efficiency.
• Navigate changing priorities and balance strategic objectives with urgent needs.
• Build relationships across a matrixed org and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
