Acro Service Corporation is seeking a parts planner to ensure timely delivery of components across the supply network. You will use SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP) to manage parts flow and collaborate with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts.

The role emphasizes data-driven performance with metrics like fill rate and on-time delivery, plus handling backorders. A bachelor's degree and 3 years of planner experience are expected; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of planner experience or equivalent.
• Open to recent graduates.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Shift: 1st shift 6 am–5 pm with minimal OT.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP): Ensure the timely delivery of parts by managing these web-based applications and platforms.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts for their commodity of parts.

Performance Metrics: Track and manage metrics including FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of planner experience or equivalent.

Open to recent graduates.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Easily trainable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

SAP experience is a plus.

Shift and Hours

Work Hours: 1st shift, between 6 am and 5 pm (no overtime) but if requested it would be minimal OT hours
