Job summary

Parkridge Valley Child & Adolescent Campus seeks a Supply Technician IV to lead on-site supply chain activities, including receiving, distributing, replenishment and inventory management. The role emphasizes adherence to safety standards, effective team communication, and streamlined operations to support patient care.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associates or bachelor’s in healthcare administration or related fields and 1–2 years of healthcare/supply chain

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or similar field preferred.
  • One to two years of Healthcare/Supply Chain experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-site processing, inventory and delivery of all orders.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, co-team leaders, stock clerks and management.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and comprehensive job knowledge.
  • Prepare schedule for on-site operations.
  • Attend in-service trainings and mandatory education (infection control, patient safety, quality improvements, MSDS, OSHA).
  • Report potential patient safety issues using the occurrence reporting system.
  • Process all lost charge reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Authorize transport and delivery of legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices as per core competencies.

Education

Job Summary and Qualifications

Supply Technician IV is responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing all supply chain activities within a facility. Responsible for overseeing receiving, distributing, replenishment, and inventory management of all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stockinglocations.

What you will do in this role:

  • Overseethe on-site processing, inventory and delivery of all orders.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, co-team leaders, stock clerks and the management team.

  • Demonstrates comprehensive job knowledge.
  • Prepareschedule for the on-site operations.
  • Attends in-service presentations, and completes mandatory education week, including but not limited to, infection control, patient safety, quality improvements, MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of occurrence reportingsystemsand utilizes system to report potential patient safety issues.
  • Process all lost charge reports and resolves any and all discrepancies.
  • Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position.
