Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Supply Inventory Technician IV to oversee all on-site supply chain activities, including receiving, distributing, replenishment, and inventory control across the facility.

You will work closely with hospital staff to maintain stock levels and ensure accurate documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate schedules and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or similar field Preferred
• One to two years on Healthcare/Supply Chain experience Required

Responsibilities

• Oversees the on-site processing, inventory and delivery of all orders.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, co-team leaders, stock clerks and the management team.
• Prepares schedule for the on-site operations.
• Attends in-service presentations, and completes mandatory education week, including but not limited to, infection control, patient safety, quality improvements, MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of occurrence reporting system and utilizes system to report potential patient safetyissues.
• Process all lost charge reports and resolves any and all discrepancies.
• Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containingdevices relative to core competencies of the position.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing all supply chain activities within a facility. Responsible for overseeing receiving, distributing, replenishment, and inventory management of all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations.
