Job summary

Kids Planet Kettering is seeking a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator to join our friendly nursery. This flexible, as-needed role supports high-quality care and learning under the EYFS framework, with a focus on helping children thrive.

Desirable but not essential: Level 2 qualification or higher, knowledge of safeguarding, and enthusiasm to learn. We offer training via KP Academy, wellbeing benefits, discounted childcare, and a welcoming team committed to safeguarding every child.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with EYFS.
• Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines in the nursery.
• Build positive relationships with children and families in a welcoming environment.
