CTG is seeking a Supply Chain Test Lead for a client project in Dallas, TX. The role covers testing and UAT across multiple systems, with onboarding to new supply chain platforms and strong collaboration with onsite and offshore teams.
You will lead test scripts, validate scenarios, and ensure end-to-end coverage while coordinating with business SMEs and functional leads. This contract spans 10 months and requires excellent English communication.
CTG is seeking to fill a Supply Chain Test Lead position for our client.
Serve as the client-facing test lead for a large-scale supply chain transformation spanning multiple systems and platforms.
Partner closely with functional leads and business subject matter experts to understand end-to-end supply chain processes and business requirements.
Coordinate with offshore testing teams to ensure business processes are clearly understood and accurately translated into test scenarios and scripts.
Review, validate, and refine test scripts to ensure they accurately reflect real-world business workflows.
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring testing activities are well-coordinated and executed effectively.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential issues across integrated supply chain systems and business processes.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, functional teams, and offshore testing resources.
Rapidly learn unfamiliar systems and understand how they support interconnected supply chain processes.
Help ensure test coverage across multiple applications and end-to-end business processes.
Track testing progress, communicate status, and elevate issues as appropriate.

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong functional knowledge of supply chain business processes, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and order management.
Experience serving as a test lead or functional lead on large-scale system transformation initiatives.
Experience coordinating with business SMEs, functional leads, and offshore testing teams.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn unfamiliar applications and understand complex, integrated business processes.
Experience validating test scenarios and scripts against real-world business workflows.
Experience supporting UAT planning, execution, issue identification, and resolution.
Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
