Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Supply Chain Tech to support the Logistics Department. You will perform daily Supply Chain Management duties related to the acquisition and distribution of goods for acute and ambulatory care, and may support computer-based systems to ensure operations run smoothly.

This full-time role offers a 7am-3pm schedule, day shift, occasional weekend work, and a comprehensive benefits package, including daily pay options and 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: Supply Chain experience in healthcare, warehousing, or distribution environment.
• Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Requesting, receiving, distributing equipment and obsolescence management and stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Work with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintain work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, up-to-date, organized and safe condition.
• Perform periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels.
• Serve as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
• Assist Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.

In this position, you’ll perform daily Supply Chain Management duties related to the acquisition and distribution of goods to support acute and/or ambulatory care departments as necessary or proactively supports/maintains one or more computer-based support systems to ensure continuous operational availability to end users.

Position Highlights and Benefits:

• Schedule Information: This position will be scheduled for 40 hours a week:
  7am-3pm Monday-Friday
  Some weekend work can be occasionally required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
