St. Mark's Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Supply Chain Technician to receive and distribute supplies within patient care areas. You will ensure timely delivery, update stock levels, and support clinical teams with accurate inventory management.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior stock clerk or customer service experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday 6am–2:30pm schedule, at St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process returns to vendor or back stock and deliver supplies accurately and promptly
• Transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media, and drug-containing devices
• Receive expedited deliveries, log receiving in SMART system, and deliver to departments
• Receive cross-docked items into the SMART system
• Monitor Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock and place orders accordingly
• Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly per schedule
• Ensure POU items have proper barcodes
• Perform QA random checks on totes
• Rotate stock in POU and storeroom areas to prevent expiry and assist staff
• Review after-hour logs for charges and identify root causes to prevent recurrence

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Supply Chain Technician, you will work directly in our facilities receiving and distributing supplies. Our Supply Chain team is dedicated to providing the materials needed toensure quality carecan be delivered to our patients.

In this role you will:

• Process all "returns to vendor" or "returns to backup stock" and deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner
• Transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices
• Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to appropriate department
• Receive all cross-docked items into the SMART system
• Review and maintain Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately
• Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly according to schedule
• Ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes
• Perform QA random checks on totes
• Rotate stock in POU areas and backup storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date and provide assistance to personnel
• Check after-hour logs for charges and determine how to avoid reoccurrence

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Previous stock clerk or customer service experience preferred
