Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Materials/Liteage Support role under a CBA hourly arrangement in the United States. The role involves maintaining government property records, adhering to FOD rules, and coordinating logistics per Navy procedures.

Proficiency with SAP and data systems is required, with OJT on Navy procedures within 3 months. The position requires a high school diploma with 4 years of government supply experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and active capability to obtain security

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years government supply experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily.
• Must already have a REAL Identification or Military Identification.
• Experience with SAP.
• Must be able to work any shift.
• Must complete OJT on Navy logistics procedures and FAR Part 45 within 3 months of start date, including maintenance of aircraft data files and Government Property Control procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate orally and in writing.
• Able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate Government Property records throughout acquisition and disposition.
• Adhere to FOD prevention rules and participate in FOD walk-down when directed.
• Adhere to the Company Tool Control Program.
• Follow Navy Logistics support procedures and FAR Part 45.
• Coordinate requirements submitted by material/supply personnel with managers and field activity.
• Maintain and update aircraft data collection systems files.
• Use automated information systems (e.g., NALCOMIS, Haystack, SAP).
• Conduct material research of internal/external reports.
• Keep work center clean per Government/Company policies.
• Ensure timely completion of shipping/issuing/receiving documents.
• Keep IPG 1 delivery time under 1 hour on average.
• Assist supervisors with special projects.
• Maintain awareness of supply efforts per Naval Aviation Maintenance Program.
• Receive and ship IMRL items.
• Comply with DOT Hazardous Material procedures.
• Comply with all Company and Government site policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

This is a CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) Position

• Maintains accurate records of Government Property throughout the acquisition and disposition process.
• Responsible for adhering to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention rules and regulations including participation in FOD walk down when directed.
• Responsible for adhering to the Company Tool Control Program.
• Follows the Navy Logistics support procedures and FAR Part 45 for support material requirements.
• Coordinates requirements submitted by the material/supply personnel providing necessary interface among the managers, cognizant field activity, and applicable to T/M/S.
• Maintains and updates aircraft data collection systems files.
• Uses automated information systems (computers) to include the NALCOMIS, Haystack, Fedlog, SAP, etc.
• Conducts material research of internal/external reports.
• Maintains cleanliness of work center in accordance with Government/Company policies and instructions.
• Ensures timely completion of all supply related documents (shipping/issuing/receiving).
• Ensures the IPG 1 delivery time stays below an average of one (1) hour
• Assists supervisors with special projects as requested.
• Exercises continuous awareness of the supply effort in compliance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program, Company, and local maintenance instructions.
• Receives and ships IMRL items.
• Complies with DOT Hazardous Material Transportation Procedures.
• Complies with all Company and Government policies pertaining to site operations as well as Division specific policies.
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience with SAP.
• Must be able to work any shift.
• Must complete OJT on Navy logistics support procedures and FAR Part 45 used to support material requirements within 3 months of start date, to include the maintenance and updating of aircraft data collection systems files and Government Property Control procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Able to successfully communicate both orally and in writing.
• Able to obtain and maintain a level of security clearance required by the Government.
• Must have Valid U.S. Drivers License

CBA Hourly - Non Negotiable $46.60 USD
