Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to support multiple disciplines in the Iuka, Mississippi location. The role focuses on manual movement, shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, and coordinating with Property Management to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, staging parts for inspection, and assisting with invoices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment.
• Must have an Active U.S Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Must have the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
• This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to provide support to our team in our Iuka, Mississippi location.

The selected candidate will support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provide technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations. The employee will be primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.

Position is on the C shift (Fri, Sat, Sun 7am -7:30pm)

Basic Qualifications Level 2:

• • High School Diploma/GED and 2 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment
  • Must have an Active U.S Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation.
  • Must have the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
  • This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience in operating a forklift and other types of freight moving equipment.
  • Experience with safely loading and unloading trucks.
  • Experience with setting up shipments and/or coordinating with transportation brokers.
  • Experience with classified white-glove shipping requirements.
  • Experience with using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventory.
  • Previous experience with inventory with shelf life and/or out-time controls.
  • Experienced user of MS Office computer programs to accomplish reports, logs, and briefings.
  • Hazmat training and experience is highly desired.

Primary Level Salary Range: $18.56 - $30.96

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
