Shriners Children’s is seeking a Supply Chain and Purchasing support professional to maintain records, manage distribution, and assist with shipping and receiving at our Honolulu area facility.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy hospital environment. Candidates typically have 1+ year of supply chain experience in healthcare and are ready to contribute across Materials Management.

Job Description To perform a variety of functions related to Supply Chain and Purchasing, which includes computer operations. Performs storekeeper tasks, which include shipping, receiving, distribution of supplies, hospital vehicle maintenance, and non-monetary donations. This position is responsible for recognizing, dealing with, and identifying priorities promptly, and assessing situations from a variety of perspectives, considering alternatives and choosing the most appropriate course of action.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains computerized and manual records related to Supply Chain.
• Performs activities related to distribution of materials.
• Performs a variety of functions related to shipping and receiving.
• Performs a variety of support functions for the Materials Management Department.
• Performs a variety of functions related to the acceptance and distribution of non-monetary donations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of supply chain experience in a hospital setting.

The pay range for this position is $17.52 - $26.28/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
