Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or a related major with anticipated graduation Winter 2027, Spring 2028, Winter 2028, or Spring 2029.
• Ability to participate full time, 40 hours per week, as part of the intern cohort from June 1–August 13 for semester systems or June 14–August 20 for quarter systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States; Medtronic does not sponsor work authorization for internship positions.

Supply Chain:

• Integrates demand planning, procurement, manufacturing,logistics, and continuous improvement to drive cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, resiliency, and service performance across Medtronic’s global business units.
• Plans, sources, manufactures, and distributes medical technologies worldwide, ensuring high-quality products reach hospitals, clinicians, and patients safely, reliably, and on time.

Supply Management:

• Identifies, selects, and manages suppliers to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of materials, components, and services that support patient therapies worldwide.
• Drives supplier performance, mitigates supply risks, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, and delivers cost savings through contract management, supplier development, and strategic procurement initiatives.
