Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Supply Tech Coordinator to plan, control, and organize daily department operations. You will coordinate internal and external distribution of supplies and services, and manage inventories and par levels in support of patient care.

We value accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to Mercy policies. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1 year in a similar role or 3 years in supply chain, and basic math and computer skills. Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 1 year as a Supply Tech Coordinator or Lead or at least 3 years of Supply Chain experience in other industry.
• Basic math skills required; Computer skills described in Job Responsibilities.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; Certifications listed may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and organize daily operations of the department.
• Coordinate activities related to internal and external distribution of supplies and services.
• Manage inventories and par levels to support operations.
• Serve as expert on department policies and procedures.
