About the Team: The Supply Chain team is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Logistics Department by ensuring materials, inventory, and resources move efficiently throughout the business. Working in a collaborative and results-driven environment, the team focuses on inventory management, cost control, process improvement, and achieving operational goals. Led by the Supply Chain Supervisor, the team plays a key role in driving performance, maintaining operational excellence, and continuously improving logistics processes to support business success.

- Manage a safe workplace by advocating safety training and accident preparedness; lead the logistics group in safe and efficient operation of all equipment
- Supports the facility operating budget and KPIs by validating and achieving standards, achieving and exceeding daily operating goals, and driving down non-measured / indirect hours while maintaining service levels
- Responsible for all necessary storage, staging, packaging, and outbound warehouse material handling activities.
- Ensures inventory integrity and systems integrity and execution, while maximizing productivity throughout the warehouse center.
- Ensures adherence to proper work methods andproduct flows in a timely manner and that product flow problems are identified early and are proactively resolved
- Ensure performance plans are set, maintained and continuously improved, also actively develop Team leads and Staff; coaches and counsels with integrity
- Inspire your team with challenging assignments and coaching to facilitate individual growth and development; foster a collaborative environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued
Your Profile as a Supply Chain Supervisor:
- Bachelor's Degree required and4-5+ years supervisory experience.
- Previous experience managing diverse teams of 10-15+ associates.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders.
- Strong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others.
- Strong technical skills including, word, excel and WMS experience.
