Overview

The Company has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain & Logistics Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Warner Robins, Georgia.

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Management Specialist, you will be working in a combined role. You will work directly within a team managing high value AOG (Aircraft on the Ground) MICAP shipments for our USAF Customer. The successful candidate will support and develop processes, strategies and disciplines related to transportation & logistics services. You will initiate, process, and complete after-action requirements for AOG MICAP orders. This is a dual cross-functional role, supporting the C17 AOG MICAP Teams transportation risk mitigation activities and managing AOG MICAP customer orders. You will provide daily oversight of service provider performance and adherence to contracted obligations. The candidate will build collaborative business relationships with functional stakeholders, service providers, and key business partners. This role requires goal-focused, team-oriented individuals with solid leadership skills that inspire top-tier performance and drive innovative solutions.

Shift Hours: Second shift, 1:30pm - 12:00am. Shift Days: Wednesday to Saturday (Off Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). Schedule: 10 hour shifts, 4x a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage high value AOG MICAP shipments for the USAF customer within a team setting.
• Develop and support processes, strategies, and disciplines related to transportation and logistics services.
• Initiate, process, and complete after-action requirements for AOG MICAP orders.
• Support C17 AOG MICAP transportation risk mitigation activities as part of cross-functional teams.
• Provide oversight of service provider performance and adherence to contracted obligations.
• Build collaborative relationships with functional stakeholders, service providers, and key business partners.

Requirements

• Candidate must have supply chain experience or knowledge.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 4 years’ related work experience).
