Job description

Overview

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain processes of Auterion products. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Run the planning, controlling, and optimization of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order management
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies across the supply chain
  • Serve as the primary operational go-to person between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering and sales — ensuring information flows smoothly and handoffs are seamless
  • Identify, design, and implement improvements to supply chain processes and tools, including ERP configuration, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation
  • Document processes, develop standard operating procedures, and drive adoption
  • Prepare and analyze reports, providing timely and accurate reporting on KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory levels)
  • Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects
  • Act as the first point of escalation for supply disruptions, component shortages, and logistics failures — driving rapid, solution-oriented resolution with minimal business impact
  • Oversee daily supply chain operations - ensuring purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movements are executed on time and in full
  • Maintain contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies for critical components and high-risk supply categories
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partners
Qualifications and Skills

  • Confident use of Google Workspace (Gsuite)
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
  • Solid Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools
