KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract Management
  • Maintain contract records, obligations, milestones, and deliverables across supply, EPC, O&M, and services agreements.

Purchase Order Management
  • Create, issue, and administer purchase orders for equipment, materials, and services.
  • Track PO status, commitments, supplier acknowledgments, invoices, and closeout activities.
  • Ensure purchases comply with approved budgets, contracts, company procedures, and the Delegation of Authority, with appropriate approvals and segregation of duties.
  • Support procurement reporting and commitment forecasting, providing Finance and project teams accurate commitment, accrual, and spend data for budgeting and period‑end close.
  • Resolve PO discrepancies and supplier‑related issues, including invoice, receiving, and three‑way match exceptions.
Supplier Onboarding & Vendor Management
  • Lead vendor qualification and onboarding activities.
  • Collect and validate supplier documentation, including insurance, tax forms, banking information, and compliance records.
