Responsibilities

• Creation of outbound guidance for large product operations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues from distribution field teams and identify root causes.
• Improve tactical and operational processes and practices using lessons learned.
• Act as SME for building operational processes around outbound operations.

• Review, update, and create SOPs tied to large product outbound activities.
• Lead medium-level projects involving DDC outbound operations.

What you’ll do

• Use knowledge, lessons, and insights to improve tactical and operational processes and practices.
• Operate as a subject matter expert (SME) with regards to building operational processes around outbound operations.
• Partner with cross functional teams to assist, influence and recommend solutions that identify root cause analysis and improved standard operating procedure (SOP) and process development for the field teams.
• Review, update, and create SOPs tied to large product outbound activities.
• Lead and execute medium level (business unit-specific or cross functional) projects that involve DDC outbound operations.

• Potential to work on weekends or evenings in support of building impact/closure meetings.
