The Supply Chain Science & Technology Lead (Reagents) drives competitive advantage by embedding scientific rigor and technical innovation into our global reagent operations. This role ensures that complex biochemical products are "Designed for Distribution"-optimized for stability, global regulatory compliance, and seamless scalability. As the technical authority for reagent supply chain integration, you bridge the gap between R&D and global commercialization, ensuring that life-saving diagnostic chemistry remains robust through every link of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $125,700 - $233,500. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below. Benefits
