Job summary

Beam Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain SAP Co-op to support process mapping and SAP training content from January through June 2027. The role emphasizes creating user-friendly resources and facilitating learning for cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The co-op will develop Visio process maps, review SAP training materials, and coordinate with Supply Chain and other teams to reflect current processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BA or MA degree in supply chain management, business, operations, industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tools, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems and experience with Microsoft Visio or process mapping preferred.
• Experience creating presentations, training materials, instructional content, or videos preferred.
• Interest in supply chain, business processes, or enterprise systems.
• This role follows a hybrid work schedule and requires onsite attendance 4-5 days per week
• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a degree-granting college or university program and maintain their student status throughout the duration of the internship to be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of supply chain process maps using Microsoft Visio to help users better understand and execute key processes.
• Support the review of existing SAP training materials and transform lengthy training content into concise, user-friendly instructional videos and job aids to improve user efficiency and knowledge.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and other cross functional teams to gather process information and ensure training and process documentation accurately reflects current processes.
• Participate in organizing and maintaining SAP training materials and process documentation to improve accessibility and usability for cross-functional teams.
