Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain quality, supplier quality, food safety, or vendor compliance.
• Practical experience with FSMA, HACCP, GFSI (SQF, BRC), Produce Safety.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the Vendor Management Program.
• Drive timely supplier documentation and follow-up.
• Lead supplier audits and maintain documentation.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian food regulations

Proven ability to analyze audits

Deep experience managing food suppliers

Hands-on experience with Specright, Azzule, TraceGains

Clear, confident communicator

Mindset grounded in ownership and accountability

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Agriculture
