Job summary

Hartzell Engine Tech (HET) is a leading OEM supplier in the aerospace industry, part of Signia Aerospace, delivering engine accessories and heating solutions across brands such as Janitrol Aero and Plane-Power.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects, manage scope, schedule and budget, coordinate suppliers, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement within our SOAR operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years of supply chain, project management, or operational experience.
• Leads cross-functional teams with authority for project decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads supply chain and operational projects across multiple functions to ensure successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives. Coordinates cross-functional teams, supplier activities, and operational stakeholders to support project execution, supplier transitions, process improvements, and operational readiness. Monitors project performance, communicates progress to leadership, and ensures alignment between supply chain initiatives and organizational priorities.

All roles at Signia are expected to support the company’s operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization’s business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.

Education and Experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain project management principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Typically requires 6+ years of supply chain, project management, or operational experience
• Leads cross-functional teams with authority for project decisions
