SUPPLY CHAIN PROGRAM MANAGER

The Customer Program Manager will be supporting TUBACEX SERVICE SOLUTIONS (TSS), a TUBACEX (www.tubacex.com ) company, in the planning and distribution of seamless stainless steel and high nickel alloy pipe, tubes and fittings. TSS has a worldwide network of warehouses in the main hubs around the world, to provide immediate product availability and a wide range of services, responding to customers’ specific needs. This position is based in Greenville, PA and is responsible for coordinating and working cross-functionally in the delivery of customer products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

Job details:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and contracts
• Manage contracts to ensure adherence and compliance
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to plan and develop forecasts for raw material positioning and plant resources to support contractual commitments
• Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results
• Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues
• Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions
• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers
• Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met
• Be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers
• Support production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise
• Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies
