APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Own strategic material planning, readiness, sourcing, and end-to-end procurement to support NPI programs from concept through production launch and sustaining transition. Develop supply chain and material flow models using advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, and other analytics tools to forecast availability, perform what-if scenario analysis, and drive data-driven decisions. Lead allocation and risk mitigation strategies for constrained materials across factories, programs, and business lines, guiding Global Supply Managers, suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to optimize production and minimize risk. Identify and mitigate Excess & Obsolete (E&O) and other material risks by leveraging predictive analytics, PLM tools (Agile), and inventory management systems to phase out obsolete parts, manage BOMs, and introduce new materials. Manage Clear-to-Build (CTB) readiness, global logistics, inventory control, and production scheduling through ERP/MRP and build management systems to ensure timely execution and material availability. Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards on material readiness, risk, and cost impacts during weekly program reviews. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven process optimization to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost performance. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,024 - $281,900/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.PAY & BENEFITS: Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
