Job summary

JM Family College Internship Program invites motivated students to gain hands‑on experience in demand forecasting and inventory analysis within our fast‑paced teams in Jacksonville, FL. You will contribute to real projects, learn about JM Family’s culture, and develop skills through learning opportunities and Networking events.

The internship runs full‑time during the summer of 2027, from May 24 to July 30, with flexibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree‑seeking program at an accredited college or university, with a focus in a relevant field.
• Interest in learning how demand forecasts and inventory data support informed business decision‑making.
• Willingness to gain hands‑on experience working with demand forecasting workflows within the Blue Yonder program.

Responsibilities

• Build a foundational understanding of demand forecasting principles and techniques through hands-on analysis and review.
• Review demand forecasts for various workflows within the Blue Yonder program.
• Conduct stock low, out-of-stock, and overstock analyses to support inventory management.
• Participate in monthly demand forecast reviews and evaluate forecast accuracy.
• Review past data-driven events to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support operational reporting and analysis to help inform team decision-making.
• Contribute to stronger inventory management practices by identifying trends, opportunities, and potential process improvements.

The JM Family College Internship Program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. As part of this program, you will actively contribute to your team’s success, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture while obtaining new skills through learning opportunities, networking events and much more.

The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (May 24th, 2027 - July 30th, 2027).

Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands-on experience, and contributing to various department initiatives. They will learn about JM Family’s culture, including our core values: Consideration, Cooperation, Communication, Innovation and Accountability. Responsibilities:
