• Translate business requirements into technical SCM solutions such as demand planning and inventory management.
• Use SQL, Python/PowerShell/Bash, data modeling, APIs, and ETL for integrations.
• Configure o9 data models, workflows, and user interfaces to match client processes.
• Design and manage data flows between o9 and ERP/CRM using APIs, JSON, SSIS.
• Model data, perform data uploads, and maintain data quality.
• Map data between o9 and ERP/legacy systems.
• Develop reports and analytics for business and operational needs.
• Troubleshoot platform and data issues across integrations.
• Provide user support during implementation and BAU.
