  • Address, communicate, and offer resolutions for inventory issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Utilize forecasting data to optimize production and inventory planning.
  • Oversee daily work schedules and plans.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet production and planning objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust resource allocation based on demand fluctuations.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Supply Chain Planning Manager is a first-level manager who is responsible for overseeing and optimizing planning processes to ensure efficient resource allocation, production schedules, and inventory management. This role will lead the day-to-day activities of the planning team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and develop strategies to streamline production and distribution processes.
