Job summary

NOW Health Group INC seeks a Supply Chain Planning Lead to guide Planners and Supervisors, optimizing production plans and aligning resources with demand and timelines. You will liaise across departments to meet company objectives and deadlines.

You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales, manage capacity and data in Oracle, and drive improvements to maximize efficiency, equipment use and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or working towards a degree.
• Five years of experience in production area or knowledge of NOW's current system.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing including 5S.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Assist Planning Supervisor and provide cross coverage for Supervisors.
• Communicate for Supply Chain in cross-departmental collaborations and meetings.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to ensure timely production.
• Lead projects for process and system improvements.
• Oversee planning master data, BOMs Routings, and Item Creations.
• Prepare and oversee work orders to meet KPIs.
• Monitor material availability and expediting late deliveries.
