Caterpillar is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our East Peoria team. The role focuses on coordinating with master planners on outsourcing needs, establishing blanket purchase orders, and driving VMI strategies to optimize material flow.

Responsibilities include supporting customers, shaping pricing information and supplier selection, and maintaining key supply chain application systems to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent experience desired.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking with root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities for a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of logistics, manufacturing planning and supply chain concepts.
