Rhodes Wolfe is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Planner in Lawrence, MA to support purchasing, inventory, material planning and supplier performance using data analysis to drive improvements. You will work with internal teams to ensure materials flow and customer commitments, with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing or distribution, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP), and experience with ERP/MRP and Power BI.

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong data analysis and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to support purchasing, inventory, production, and decisions
• Generate recurring reports and flag shortages, past-due orders, and key trends
• Analyze demand, inventory levels, safety stock, and POs to ensure material availability
• Improve inventory levels and turns
• Provide buyers with PO, supplier performance, lead time, and inbound freight analysis
• Support supplier issues and lead-time analysis
• Maintain item master and purchasing data in ERP
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data issues
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and reporting
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean projects
