Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related.
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, production planning or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems, IBP and procurement tools preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to supplier and manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and Cost Management: Create, release, and monitor purchase orders through receipt; ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Expedite past due orders and coordinate quality, pricing, and delivery issues with suppliers.
• Collaborate with planning, operations, quality, and finance teams to align sourcing with production schedules.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and delivery performance.
• Monitor supplier performance using established metrics and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with suppliers on improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
