Job summary

SNF Holding Company is seeking a Planner for Lock Haven, PA, and Cambridge, OH facilities to support customer order fulfillment, production planning, shipping coordination, and inventory activities. The role partners with the Materials Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.

The Planner will confirm orders in the ERP system within 24 hours, coordinate freight, and provide environment-related site support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of production schedules and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems for manufacturing, inventory, and customer order management; Omnis/RCS preferred.
• Experience with freight coordination or transportation systems; familiarity with Uber Freight is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to work extended hours and shifts, including weekends.
• Able to travel to the Cambridge, OH facility about once per month.

Responsibilities

• Confirm customer orders in Omnis within 24 hours of receipt and support timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Materials Manager, Production Planner, Warehouse Supervisor, and other departments to support production and shipping activities.
• Arrange freight as needed and complete supply chain transactions in Omnis, including allocations and labels.
• Ensure warehouse operators have pre-invoices and documentation for scheduled shipments.
• Cross-train and provide backup support for site supply chain positions.
• Train warehouse operators on Omnis transactions and processes.
• Support inventory counts, reconciliation, and related activities.
• Maintain site environmental requirements and support environmental reporting.
