GXO Logistics, Inc. in Georgia is hiring a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will lead a warehouse team, ensure daily operations run smoothly, train staff, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least two years' supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and barcode scanners, and flexibility to work overtime including weekends. A degree in Logistics is preferred; 3PL or ISO/AS9100 experience is a plus.

2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
