Job summary

Oracle in Seattle seeks a Principal Demand Planner to lead forecasting, scenario analysis, and data analytics across product lifecycles. You will partner with supply management to drive process improvements and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.

You will communicate with leadership, collaborate across functions, and contribute to Oracle's competitive advantage through KPI-driven execution and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Supports Product Lifecycle activities to include BOM management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management as demonstrated by key activities in each of these area.
• Can manage through the pressure associated with mission critical programs; have detailed organization techniques to manage multiple, concurrent complex programs; and strong relationship building skills to enable effective influencing and results.
• Can deliver succinct, impactful and professional communication at all levels of the organization.
• Works collaboratively builds reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners and customers.
• Enhances Oracles competitive advantage by using insight gained across organizational boundaries to inform future practices and increase synergies.
• Demonstrates leadership by motivating and inspiring others to align their actions with the larger organizational goals.

We're seeking a Principal Demand Planner who enables the strategy and execution of forecasting and decision making through a strong combination of modeling, business intelligence, and market and industry trend analysis. An ideal candidate possesses deep experience in developing data analytics, creating scenario analysis, and partnering with supply management functions. The Principal Demand Planner possesses advanced knowledge of process improvement and actively drives iteration and new learning into the inputs and methods for strategic requirement forecasting.

Range and benefit information

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
