Aalo Atomics is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead and scale core supply chain execution across receiving, inventory control, materials storage, routing, and logistics for Austin and Idaho Falls. In the near term, the role is hands-on, transitioning to a systems-builder and people leader as the company grows.

The role focuses on building robust processes, controls, and a scalable operating system to ensure reliable material flow, inventory integrity, and operational readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving operations across Austin and Idaho Falls, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts to uphold accuracy.
• Develop and implement standard work and controls for material handling and logistics.
• Hire and develop the supply chain team and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, and Finance.
