Responsibilities The Supply Chain Operations Analyst supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by tracking shipping activity, coordinating material staging, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality control for receiving and put‑away. This role blends hands‑on coordination with data analysis and reporting to improve material flow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze daily shipping requests and identify delays or issues.
• Stage equipment and materials from the warehouse to manufacturing based on pull demand.
• Monitor receiving and shipping productivity and maintain related performance reports.
• Perform quality checks on incoming materials and oversee accurate put‑away.
• Support problem solving and process improvement through reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
